Sun Dried Tomato Hummus

Savory, Nutritious Snack Dip.

Ingredients:

* 1 15 ounce can chickpeas, drained (garbanzo beans)
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil or rehydrated
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 2 tbsp water
* 1/4 tsp salt



Preparation:
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, adding more liquid if needed.

Enjoy!
